UX / UI Designer

XL engine have been retained by the global food delivery unicorn based in Berlin. They’re a very innovative company, always looking at ways to get the edge over their competition which has directly lead to their incredible success. They’re now creating a “premium brand” subscription model which will be built from the ground up in a new squad model. Each squad will have a Senior Product Manager, iOS Developer, Android Developer, Backend Developer and Front End Developer and UX / UI Designer.

We’re looking for seasoned UX / UI Designers. You own the product's design from the beginning to the end. This is a great opportunity to build a product that will have millions of users from day one.

Requirements:

• Experience within an agile product development team
• Several years of experience designing multiple software solutions
• Have designed experiences that people can access on any type of device: desktop, tablet, phone
• Own success & failure of design and share learnings actively
• Have a track record of optimizing the usability of a product
• Solve challenging problems creatively
• Are a feedback fan: you give, receive and implement feedback quickly
• Speak fluent English
