XL Engine are working with a growing Global food delivery ecommerce business and are searching for senior candidates for a Head of Operations role based in Singapore. You would be leading a key vertical for the business, reporting into the head of regional operations, this role would be focussing on growing the team and implementing process to help ensure growth, quality and experience at scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimising growth channels across APAC
  • Enhancing Delivery, Partner Signup and Customer experiences to improve marketplace quality
  • Defining and setting strategy, structure and managing a team
  • Developing internal process, identifying and implementing critical operational improvements

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years, hands on management of various functions including operations, analytics, customer loyalty and retention ideally from an e-commerce background
  • Building, motivating and leading teams
  • Experience in building and scaling businesses – ability to use data and develop a strategy
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modelling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
